Forest Fire Bitters are made by hand harvesting cedar from the wildest of places in Muskoka. Next, a fire is started using the primitive technique of the cedar bow-drill. The fresh cedar leaf and branches are charred over the fire and then jarred and smother in bourbon. After steeping they are blended with extracts of bitter herbs. These bitters are perfect for adding smokey or woodsy flavour to your favourite cocktail.
