Sea Buckthorn is a unique fruit being introduced by small farms into Northern Ontario. The batch used for this liqueur came from Boreal Berry Farm.
Nose: Sweet and savoury citrus, unique to this fruit, not unlike peach with herbal notes
Palate: Palate: tart yellow cherry, candied lemon & mandarin oranges
