Palate: cinnamon, cloves and ginger with a sweet pumpkin finish and a little moonshine bite.

1.5 oz Pumpkin Spice Moonshine
1 oz Cinnamon Moonshine or Cinnamon Whisky
Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice. Double strain into a martini glass. Add a splash of ginger beer. Garnish with a chocolate-rolled wafer
Rim your glass with a cinnamon sugar mixture. 
Creamy Pumpkin Spice Moonshine Martini
1.5 oz Pumpkin Spice Moonshine
1 oz RumChata
1 oz Heavy Cream
Rim a martini glass with graham cracker and honey. Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with lots of ice. Shake vigorously until completely chilled. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with whipped cream and grated nutmeg.

1.5 oz Pumpkin Spice Moonshine
2 oz brewed coffee
1 oz Pumpkin Spice creamer 
Build in a coffee mug. Top with whipped cream and pumpkin spice.
