Pendulum is wheat whisky and was named as such since many of the first whiskies produced in Canada in the 19th century were wheat-dominant. As one of our experimental Final Cut series, this whisky boasts a unique mash bill of wheat, spelt and malt. Spelt was included in this experimental whisky to harness the sweet nutty flavours that bakers have come to enjoy from this grain.
Nose: Whole grain bread, honey, hay, cantaloupe
Palate: Starts with sweet honey and wheat, to tobacco and leather with a dry pepper finish.
