Orange Blossom Water

The highly aromatic floral essence flavours Moroccan and Arabic sweets and is delicious in delicate baked goods such as a French madeleine or in scones, muffins or doughnuts. Orange Blossom water can flavour plain or sparkling water and is an essential ingredient in a Ramos Gin Fizz cocktail. It also adds an evocative floral note to fresh fruit such as strawberries, oranges or apricots.
