This alcohol-free rum is the result of more than 3 years of research. After experimenting with ginger, blackstrap molasses, and roasted pineapple peel to achieve a funkier Jamaican style, the team settled on the balance of this spicy version that focuses more on the spirit of sugar cane and the warmth of a summer on the beach provided by cinnamon, allspice, and cardamom.
