Build in a shaker with ice, strain into rocks glass

1 oz Cut & Dry Gin

1/2 oz Sea Buckthorn Liqueur

1.5 oz Citrus Mix

1 oz Pineapple Juice

3/4 oz Agave

3 Dashes Matcha

3 Dashes Fee foam

Garnish with a mint leaf and half matcha sprinkle
