Volume 750ml     Alc./Vol. 35%

A lightly sweetened dry gin infused with tart cherries. 

Nose: Sweet cherry and Juniper 

Palate: Tart Cherry, Pepper and Lime Sherbet 

Cocktail Inspiration:

Cherry on Top

Stir ingredients in mixing glass with ice until chilled. Strain into rocks glass over large ice cube

1 oz Cherry Gin

1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth

1 oz Campari

Express orange peel, rim glass, discard orange peel, and garnish with double cherry

Empire State of Mind

Build in a shaker with ice, serve in rocks glass

3/4 oz Cherry Gin

3/4 Simple Syrup

1/4 oz Blackberry Cordial

1 oz Lemon Juice

1 Dropper of Orange Bitters

Strain into glass. Using the back of a bar spoon create a float with 1 oz merlot.

Garnish with cherry-skewered on rosemary
