Aegean Reserve

In collaboration with Sudbury Greek Festival, we are proud to introduce our ouzo-inspirited spirit “Aegean Reserve”. 

This unsweetened, anise-forward greek aperitif is created through the extended maceration of aniseed, fennel, cardamom and other botanicals in a neutral spirit made from Northern Ontario grains. The spirit is then completed using slow pot distillation and brought to a 42% ABV.

Enjoy over ice or with water and watch the louching effect as the drink turns to its hallmark hazy white. 

It can also be used in cocktails as a complement to (or replacement for) vodka or gin in classic cocktails with tonic, mint or citrus.

Nose: Black licorice, with hints of sweet orange and dried herbs

Palate: Anise and Fennel dominate, with cardamon, lemon and black pepper notes.
