A fresh take on a classic spirit, Local harvest Gin is distilled using vapor infusion to gently balance the delicate flavours from ten botanicals. 

Nose: Juniper, sweet anise, dried floral & citrus

Palate: Anise, juniper and citrus with notes of grapefruit, fresh mint, and

black tea

Build in a cocktail shaker with ice, strain into a chilled coupe

1.5 oz Local Harvest Gin

1 oz sugar-free vanilla

1 muddled anise pod

1 oz Lemon

3 Dashes Chai Bitters

3 Dashes Fee foam

Garnish with anise and thyme

Build in a shaker with ice, serve in a wine glass with waterfall Tajin Rim

1oz Local Harvest Gin

1.5 oz Peach nectar

1 oz Lime juice

1 oz Grapefruit cordial

Float ½ oz of Aperol to create ombre

Garnish with basil
