Stir ingredients in a mixing glass until chilled. Strain over large ice cube into rocks glass.

1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth

3/4 oz Campari

Express orange peel, rim glass and garnish with orange peel and rosemary

GINgerita

Build in a cocktail shaker with ice, strain into rocks glass.

1.5 oz Lime

1 oz Hibiscus Syrup

Rim glass with grapefruit hibiscus cinnamon pink salt rimmer (Oaxaca rimmer) and garnish with ginger candy
