Blueberry Belt

Build in a shaker with ice, strain into chilled coupe

1 oz Whisky

1/2 oz Cinnamon Moonshine

3/4 oz Blueberry Syrup

1 oz Citrus Mix

1 Dropper Spiced Maple Bitters

Egg whites

Garnish with 3 skewered blueberries and pink citrus

A Great Pear

Build in a shaker with ice, serve in rocks glass

1 oz Whisky

1 oz Cinnamon Moonshine

1/2 Maple Syrup

1 oz Peach Nectar

Top with ginger beer, garnish with a cinnamon stick
