Amaro I uses 27 botanicals, with several of them such as anise hyssop being foraged from the Sudbury Area with the help of the team from @Northern_Wildflowers.

Nose: Freshly cut wood, Forest Floor, Sweet Wintergreen, and Anise.
Palate: Complex bitter mix of citrus, cherry, pine, and birch syrup, sweet caramel, and anise finish.
