We’ve taken plump, fresh cherries, pulled the stems, and packed them whole — pits and all — in a punchy apple cider vinegar brine loaded with bay leaf, cinnamon, clove, and a whisper of chili flake. Each jar is a burst of bold flavour: tangy, aromatic, and just sweet enough.

Drop one into a cocktail. Pair with sharp cheese, grilled meats, or rich pâté. Or just eat them straight from the jar like the flavour renegade you are.
