Sea Buckthorn is a unique fruit being introduced by small farms into Northern Ontario. The batch used for this liqueur came from Boreal Berry Farm.
Nose: Sweet and savoury citrus, unique to this fruit, not unlike peach with herbal notes
Palate: Tart yellow cherry, candied lemon & mandarin oranges

Build in a shaker with ice, serve in a chilled coupe
1 oz Triple Grain Vodka
1/2 oz Sea Buckthorn Liqueur
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1/2 Lime Juice
Garnish with orange twist

1 oz Sea Buckthorn Liqueur

1 oz Simple Srup
Orange Bitters
Garnish with rosemary
