¾ oz Lemon juice

1/2 oz Honey syrup

Garnish with a lemon twist

Build in a cocktail shaker over ice, shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass.

2 oz Lemon Gin

4 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 oz Simple Syrup

Top with club soda

Garnish with slices of lemon and fresh mint
