Distilled for sipping or cocktails. Mash bill containing wheat, oats and rye. 

Nose: Medium intensity defined by sweet notes of vanilla bean, marshmallow, cream and cloves. 

Palate: The sweetness from the nose carries with a light peppery citrus finish.
