So Hip It Hurts

 

Our festival crowd pleaser. The "I want the pink drink". The hippest of the hip. The "So Hip It Hurts" gin cocktail. A perfect balance of sweet and sour, with an explosion of flavours from all of the botanicals in the Local Harvest Gin and Rose Hip & Hibiscus syrup. If you're not drinking this one by the pool, are you even living?

 

So Hip It Hurts

Ingredients

1.5 oz Local Harvest Gin

1 oz Fresh lime juice

1 oz Rose Hip & Hibiscus syrup* 

Top with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic 

Instructions 

1. Fill you Moscow mule mug (or collins glass!) with ice. 

2. Stir in the Triple Grain Vodka , lime juice, and peach nectar.

3. Top with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer

4. Garnish with a lime wheel and fresh mint.
